Linen Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Each King, Queen, and Full set include one set of bed sheets (fitted, flat, and two pillowcases), two bath towels, and two wash cloths.

2. Each Twin set includes one set of bed sheets (fitted, flat, one pillowcase), one bath towel, and one wash cloth.

3. Hand towels are provided for each bathroom.

4. Packages do not include kitchen dish towels.

5. Sheets and towels are for in-home use only. These towels should not be used on the beach. Should we find they have been used as a beach towel, you may be charged a replacement fee.

6. Linens are delivered to your rental by 5pm on the day of your arrival. We strive to deliver your linens prior to your check in, unless you have chosen Cash on Delivery for your payment method.

7. Linens are delivered in labeled bags for each bed. The basic rental price does not include having the beds made. This service is available for a separate charge.

8. If you choose to have your beds made, please select this service PER BED on the order form.

9. Payment methods include:

  • Check by mail prior to arrival
  • Cash on Delivery
    • A convenient time for both parties will be arranged on the day of arrival for drop off and payment collection.
  • PayPal
  • Arranged through property owner
    • If you are renting one of our properties, your owner may accept a linen rental payment from you at the time of rental payment. Please contact us to see if your property owner has made these arrangements.

10. A basket is provided for you at drop off. Upon departure, we ask that you remove all sheets from the beds and gather towels and place them in this basket. Failure to do so will result in a $15 charge from your deposit.

11. Normal wear and tear of sheets and towels are expected. Any stains that are permanent will be charged against your deposit for replacement. Replacement prices are set at $5 per sheet and $3 per towel.

12. A $20 security deposit may be taken at payment time. Your refund will be processed within seven days of departure.

13. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our office right away. We promise to correct any orders within normal business hours. For an after hours issue, please send an email to [email protected] so we may process your request first thing on the next business day.

14. Linen orders are non-refundable once delivered and we do not offer refunds for unused sets.
